# BRKTRK — licensing and third-party notices

Original BRKTRK host source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License,
version 3 only (SPDX: GPL-3.0-only). See the accompanying LICENSE.txt file.
The browser build includes LICENSE.txt with the same full license text.

Some independent engines, libraries, copied/adapted routines and assets have
separate copyrights and licenses. The BRKTRK GPL grant does not purport to
relicense those third-party works. Preserve their notices and comply with
the terms applicable to each distributed component.

BRKTRK names, logos and product identity are not a grant to impersonate
an official release or imply endorsement. This notice does not restrict the
rights granted by GPL-3.0-only to the covered source code.

Earlier releases remain governed by the licensing terms supplied with those
specific copies. Relicensing this development line does not revoke their grants.
